Email support@braivo.app. Tell us your school, what you did, and what happened, but please leave out learners’ personal data. We aim to reply within two working days.

For questions and ideas anyone may read, use GitHub Discussions. It is public, so do not post anything about your school or its learners there.

Learners: your school decides who learns there, so ask your teacher first.

Signing in

Sign in with Google, or with a six-digit code Braivo emails you from hello@braivo.app. A code works once, within ten minutes, and you can ask for a new one each minute. If none arrives, check your spam folder. Learners sign in on their school’s own site, not at braivo.app.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude

An AI app can work with your Braivo account, using the app’s own model and your subscription to it. You need a Braivo account.

  1. In the app, add a custom connector with the URL https://braivo.app/mcp.
  2. Sign in to Braivo in the page that opens.
  3. Choose the school it works in: one where you prepare material.
  4. Check the app’s name and the school on the page, then allow it.

It can read the school’s material and courses, add material as text and define what it teaches, and draft practice tasks and courses, which reach learners only once you publish them in Braivo. It cannot publish, retire a published task, or read learners’ names or progress. To work in another school, connect again and choose it. What it reads from Braivo goes to the app’s provider, under that provider’s terms (see the Privacy Policy).

Disconnect an app

In Braivo’s console, open Settings, then Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. The app’s next request to Braivo is refused. To remove the connector from the app too, use the app’s own settings.

Delete your account or data

Email support@braivo.app from your account’s address to delete your account, to correct your data, or to get a copy of it. We confirm by replying to that address, and act within a month: an account and what only it holds are deleted within 30 days, and leave our backups within a further 14.

  • A school: its owner asks us to delete it, and its material and learners’ data with it. We send the owner a copy of the school’s material first, on request.
  • Learners: ask your school, or us, to remove you.
  • What an AI app holds: disconnecting stops it reaching Braivo; delete its copies in the app’s own settings.

Report a vulnerability

Report it privately on GitHub, or email security@braivo.app. Please do not disclose it publicly until we have fixed it, and do not access other people’s data to show it.
